Delivery and shipping

What delivery costs, when it happens, and what to do if something arrives wrong.

Last updated 12 September 2026

What it costs

Delivery is a flat R 150.00 excluding VAT, anywhere we deliver in South Africa. Orders of R 5 000.00 or more in goods, before VAT, are delivered free.

The charge is shown on its own line in your cart before you place the order, and VAT is calculated on goods plus delivery together.

When we dispatch

Nothing is picked or dispatched until your payment has cleared and a colleague has confirmed it against our bank statement. An electronic funds transfer between South African banks usually reflects the same or the next business day, though an instant payment is quicker.

You can follow the state of an order under your orders: awaiting payment, paid, being picked, dispatched, then delivered.

[to confirm: how long picking takes once payment clears, and expected transit times by region]

Where we deliver

[to confirm: the courier you appoint, the areas covered, whether outlying areas carry a surcharge, and whether collection is offered]

Checking your delivery

Check the order against the delivery note before signing for it. Where something is short, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within [to confirm: the number of days allowed to report a shortage or damage] and keep the packaging until we have dealt with it.

Risk passes to you on delivery to you or to your nominated carrier. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
